I found some nice shrooms on sale for cheap, and wanted to try stuffing them for the first time.
Filling of Italian sausage, onions and peppers, bit of bread crumbs, and cheese. I had some sharp provolone I didn't know what to do with, and this seemed perfect.
Before baking....they went in for about 25-30 min at '400.
They were great. Had kale for a side.
Leon loves mushrooms...he got so excited and said very passionately, "This is the yummiest thing you never cooked in your whole recipe!!"
