Today Leon got an idea to make a helicopter out of popsicle sticks. Well, we talked about it and he came up with several ideas, but helicopters are just plain hard to build.
So we went through pinterest boards and he settled on a little cork boat. Now that I can handle.
The boats didn't survive their first voyage very well. We butted the sticks together...and they swell in water...so they buckled right off the corks, heh. Next time we left little gaps, just like a log raft, and they survived an entire bath time! (Except for the masts. They don't count towards craft integrity.)
