Outside

These beautiful sunny days draw the boys outside like flies to honey. Funny how they gravitate towards the sun - the big window in the front room and the sun porch - every chance they get. And they "sneak" outside at every opportunity. I'm serious, these guys wake up and often they're out in the back yard without any shoes or socks before breakfast! Chilly toes. 

So here is one of their excursions down the side to the fish pond and favorite climbing tree. 

He is quite the climber, he's getting up high enough now that it scares me a little bit, thinking of broken arms and such. He's careful though, he'll be fine. (Repeat in head every day.)

These two are best buddies, they have a lot of fun and get into so much trouble, lol. 

Found While Cleaning

These boys, I'm tellin ya. They are always three steps ahead of me and into everything, especially Silas. 

I was vacuuming around, opened up a door, and found this on the backside. Uh-huh. Thank you, Silas. 

They also pushed a stick into the key hole on the car. And broke it off.  *sigh* 

All Hallow's Eve

The boys have been excited all day about trick or treating. *sigh* The time has finally come. I've managed to evade and avoid it for 3 years now. Leon boy is becoming fully aware of all that is meant by the words candy and Halloween. 

We did some last minute decorating today.

It was a fun night, we had quite a few visitors. I stayed home to hand out the stash while Aaron took the boys to the neighbors and around the block. Our last ones came at 10:22! We forgot to turn off the porch light, hah.
